What's it all about? (Alfie?) Is it a new strategy for self-realization, expnading one's horizons, or slowing down the hurry-scurry? I heard that it's easier, thus more successful, if one wishes to establish new habits in one's life, to figure out if it will be worth it' first, then one at a time. Say, about 4-5 weeks for establishing each new habit. Also, sometimes a person might attend a class or study a technique before embarking on one's own new way of life. Good luck!
